Our Paint
Cover It Painting clients get free consulting advice (if they want it!) from working with Cover It Painting. One area of consulting is color of paint. You can choose your own custom paint color OR we can advise you on what we see as best in class color for your specific project. We have a large partnership with Sherwin Williams to enable us to pass the savings in price onto the investor, while providing high quality paint for your building.
If you do not have a strong preference, we see many of the sharpest investors are simplifying the paint color to one of three shades of paint to create faster future turns of the unit. The three shades of paint we recommend are Extra White, Ice Cube, and Repose Gray. Keep in mind - we will paint your project whatever color you want to use — these are just suggestions!
